He is picking apart a movie which even when based on facts still exaggerate to make the story flow. Even the Movie War Dogs, Sully etc based on true stories still used short scenes that were not accurate. The hearing in Sully's case were hours and hours long, they had to condense it for the movie. War Dogs, they again made errors in the movie to make it more interesting.

You can't pick apart a movie, a movie is just that a movie, not a documentary. I don't agree with his stance picking apart a movie, especially by Jim Carrey.
