Nah! I don't buy that. That would only happen if he felt the company had peaked (in which case we should all be running for the door). And I think he would have made a more graceful exit. First, he would have resigned as CEO/President (claiming that he wanted to step away from the day-to-day grind.. spend more time with the family, or such) but remained on the Board. And he would have contributed to the press release with words of praise for, and confidence in, the new boss. No, he was shown the door and I don't think his phone will be ringing off the hook for "advise" either.

I don't know how many shares Mr. Wilson owns but if he decides to sell some or all of them it could have a positive side effect in that it would increase the size of the float without causing dilution. The increase in the float would be good for attracting future institutional buyers.
