I think Medicare w/ the plan B policy will be 60% less than what I estimate at age 65 but rates/plans may/could change.
I am less than 6 months away from Medicare, and happened to look today. Being self-employed, I have individual plan with very good coverage. Wife already on Medicare. The most expensive Medicare supplemental plan I saw was less than 1/3 what I currently pay, with lower deductible/copays.

Got my Kaiser Medical Coverage renewal form for 2020. Huge increase when compared to 2% last year.

KAISER top Gold plan (grandfathered since 1990) + 6% increase for 2020 to $831/month (age 61).
