As a people, we [the US] is the greatest society when it comes to infrastructure capabilities. I don't know where CJ is but maybe he could explain it. But there is this big desalination project in the Mojave which seems huge but no bigger than Hoover Dam back then. There just seems to be repeated failures to plan, while states are building useless high speed trains and launching satellites to nowhere. Y'all need to work on this.
