TKA-- I think you are right on with your rationale in post #6454. With the exception of the warrant call what have been the big events of the last three months? The Darlington purchase and the Mims purchase giving us over 700 VGM machines and two new members on the Board. I dont believe either of those two principals expected a slow down in future growth in the VGM business in their backyards from AB&G and I am reasonably sure they fully expected that a portion of that $11.4 million was going to fuel that expansion. I am also aware that both of these key board members feel strongly that the Video business will survive in S.C.

However, in the press release of 12/30 talking to the warrant money we stated "We have several exciting acquisition prospects that we expect to announce soon that should be highly accretive to earnings and DIVERSIFY the companies operations". This doesn't sound like more VGM machines in S.C.. In a 12/28 interview with the "State" JTO said IF video poker is deemed legal we plan to expand our presence in the state. This sounded like a "lets wait and see" position. I would bet that the two recent board members, Harrison and Mims were expecting more activity and soon.

You are right, based on the direction taken on the next aquisitions, we should be able to discern what the positions were of Wilson, Corky Logue, Harrison, and Mims.
