Something has to come next week in the form of an upgrade.

I just saw a 20,000 and a 25,000 go by (+ another 10,000 at the ask), and at least one was a buy at the ask.

Next week is starting to look good.

I wouldn't call it a decisive up-side breakout until we get to 14
(the bottom of the gap space). But, at this rate, it could be today.

Tunica

Do you think patients from neighbouring countries will be buying Muse in UK after MCA approval?

I think for a French citizen, going to UK and visiting a doctor and getting Muse script shouldn't be a problem. It is almost like going to New Jersey from NYC.

UK could act like a distribution center for the neighbouring countries and sales in UK could be much higher than UK market alone would support.

Without further approvals UK might be able to make half of the US market.

Do you think this is one of the reasons why VVUS is manufacturing big quantaties at the new plant.

Any comments.

Musa

I'm just catching up on the thread now and I see, having reached 1PM today, that there was no mention of the CNBC coverage. At least three times this morning CNBC mentioned that even though VVUS was below estimates by a few cents that it was a .17 cent gain versus a big loss last year. They also said that VVUS was holding back on advertising till they could get approval of the second plant so that production could fill the orders. This story was repeated. I think it gave a picture of a company with a good future and boosted the move up today.
