welcome back pugs, today would be a nice day for us [rmil]ers to go take our picture in the winners circle. [maybe all we can do is hope] joey, we have to stick together, and not to fall apart now.

>>> Equally important is the share count! Sometimes investors aren't always honest about the amount of shares they own! I think that happened at GIFS, didn't it? Lets hope RMIL investors have been honest in reporting their numbers to Riley.<<<

In the GIFS case it was not the shareholders that lied about shares, it was management.

Pugs,

I don't want to keep harping on this, but rather than relying on any particular shareholder to tally a list, why not call a shareholder's meeting?? In fact, why DID'NT RMIL make calling a meeting and full accountability of shares a priority during the fall after they changed symbols??

If they had done this, there would be no doubt about the number of shares outstanding or in the float. It could be publically announced and made a matter of record. Why trust anyone when you can have legal recourse to facts stated in company filings?

I hope that someone would take the time to consider this and realize that it is the fastest and most reliable path to achieving full accountability of RMIL shares.

Regards,

Ron
