ANOTHER LAWSUIT PENDING AGAINST OILEX; THIS ONE INCLUDES BURDITT You would have thought after all of the controversy on this thread concerning non-disclosed lawsuits pending against the company, that they would have gotten the message that shareholders want to be informed regarding lawsuits filed against the company. I have verbally confirmed with the clerk of the Denver District Court, Denver, Colorado (Phone 303-640-2491) of the following action shown in the public records of that court: CASE NO. 97 CV 6310 La Salle Investment, Ltd. Plaintiff, v. Oilex International Investments, Inc., a/k/a, Oilex, Inc., and Allen L. Burditt, Defendants. Action was filed on October 15, 1997 at 9:19 AM. Any shareholder interested in doing appropriate due diligence may be interested in contacting the court clerk at the above phone number to obtain information from the public record regarding this matter.
