The oil and gas section in the book comprises about 40 pages. The book itself covers all sectors and runs over 600 pages. Some of the definitions you mention are contained in the oil and gas section, including enterprise value/debt-adjusted cash flow multiple, reserve to production ratio, reserve life index to debt-adjusted cash flow multiple etc.etc. (I'm still trying to understand all this--not exactly bedtime reading!)
I don't know whether you would be able to get the book stateside as I could find only one store in Calgary which sold it and it had just one copy! However, publisher is John Wiley and Sons of Etobicoke Ontario, which, according to the fly leaf, also has an office in NYC.
Unfortunately, I do not have any interpretation of DS terminolog.
Kind regards
TM
