I use my smart TV to catch numerous You Tube instruction videos for my watercolors. There is something on YT for every style and I have picked up countless tips and techniques. I haven't looked for feature films on YT. One thing I did find was programming for figure drawing. A wide variety of models with timed poses. This is an area that anyone serious about art should spend time with and it's hard to find in many areas.

The Seven Ages of Britain from your second link in your post looks like another fascinating "must see". As I watch these programs about England I have a heavy heart that my late wife isn't here to enjoy them with me. She was a naturalized American, but still very British at heart.
