I agree that a reverse head and shoulders may be forming. But remember it does not have to be heavy volume to violate the neckline of the formation. Any movement below the neckline (in addition to major resistance points) must be viewed negatively. Conversely, breaking the downtrend requires moving beyond the shoulder on heavy volume. JBIL has major resistance around 32 1/2 to 32 5/8 based on 12-12-97 close on volume and 5-28-97 high. Neckline for reverse head and shoulders is now about 31 7/8 and rising to the resistance point. The day of reckoning is approaching!
