I thought it was Dr. SEE that "ran" the parent company to HVSF.
Its Dr. SEE that has the "patent" that HVSF uses.

The shares are not restricted. They can sell these babies in the open market at any time per Mike Snell of HVSF. Still better than the off shore crap but it's amazing how much these guys made this week alone if they were to sell.

My saving grace is Waite knows how to get what he wants & although he has made an extreme amount of $'s recently, he knows how much he can make by getting the share value to the $5+ range. This can be through a pharma agreement, buyout by another company (ie. VVUS), or by getting it successfully through phase III.

He can't have more of an incentive with all these shares. I don't see how the shares won't be above $2 in 1998 which is a 100% return in my book. This company smells foul but I'll let it ride with Waite's motivation & manipulation.

One thing....does that make HVSF's outstanding shares around the 50 million mark which gives them a market cap of $250mil. if they reach $5, WOW. They will have double the outstanding shares of VVUS, correct??
