ALL>>...Talked with Helen tonight, her voice is on the mend. As usuall my mouth was moving faster than my ears and trying to stay ahead of her with questions. Here is my take on the conversation. Frank and Tom are in continous conversations with several underwiters (over 1 year) who are interested in the FNET IPO. They want an updated business plan (at about 85% complete) before going forward. The impression I got was that Frank wants the plan done by the 1st of Feb. and that the IPO would/should proceed rapidly after the plan is revised. The tempest is and will continue to be improved primarily thru software upgrades for added calling, billing, tracking features. She said the engineers are always tweeking and looking for as many as 9 upgrades this year. Auditors will be in on Monday to start working on the 10Q due out approx. Valentines. I had to decline the invitation to the share holders meeting even though it sounds as if there will be a good turnout. Enjoy the winds at our back. SG
