Agreed. POTUS never went all-in for the House like he did for the Senate. He didn’t use his ammo on FISA, Spygate. Didn’t campaign for critical House seats we lost narrowly. Likely made a safety play for his re-election. As I said before his 2020 chances better with a do-nothing D House. Dems are powerless to do anything. They can only give him wins on infrastructure, immigration etc. will take blame for all the gridlock. Impeachment of anyone out of the question when the facts drop on Spygate and Kavanaugh Edit: also plenty of achievements possible in Trade, NoKo, Milddle East etc
