"I find it mind blowing that someone can arrive at a Ballot Box in some parts of America and cast a vote without having to show ANY PROOF as to whether or not that individual has the right to actually vote !!" Rat uses the key to his PO Box. He has to show the post office he's him once a year, in order to get the box for free. Well, it's not free; all your friends here who buy stamps pay for it. Isn't that nice of them?
