steve-- the chassis and case looked better than our products chassis and case. it means they made a good product with lots of eye candy. BTW--dont we get to sell AMTX products now. it was my understanding from TI that they dont want to be in the modem business, that they just want to make the chips. also, i talked to atty's today, they have all said that a suit would probably fail since the company has had three major announcements of contracts and partnerships....GTE CLEC, BC, and LU. thats all they needed to do. the company cant help it if the market doesnt see the value. of course, seamens did sell stock after making his comments on the CC, but, as they put it, we could intimidate them into a settlement, but if it goes to trial...expect nada. has anyone else talked to a lawyer about suing? this does not, however, stop me from being angry with the company over letting us us dangle in the wind. of course, all i can do is moan and whine, and generally act impotentant about it. just have to stand up and admit we got suckered. good luck to all, trey
