Sorry to post this again. But Lehman Bros has a different
point of view. That says a lot about upgrade and downgrade.
Anyone who invest on financial analysts call is going to
have a hard time figure this out.

South Korea royalty problem will probably not even figure in this quarters results.

Reason: QCOM is one quarter behind on royalties. So this quarter thay are going to report royalties collected in the september qtr. at the then WON rate. Next qtr qcom will change to the accrual method of accounting and have two qtr's worth of royalties. Bottom line no royalty problem.
The above is my inference on how events will unfold based on what the company is telling analysts.
