Redhead. On the big board stocks for example, you can tell your broker to sell your position in the event the stock price drops to a level that you indicate. "Stop Loss Order" You can also order in the opposite direction in case of a run-up.
Can't do that with BB's, at least not electronically, that I know of.
So when this person entered sell @ 0.19 he thought it would not go until the price hit 0.19.
