Bang, I missed.....gggg From my understanding, the price was not the issue. If it happens it happens, but don't invest on it. Those that were looking for a January bounce and did not get it MAY be trying to lift the stock price. Company is not. Remember, we have been TOLD the recent finance deal scared all the big $$$'s away from the company. GTech would have to purchase those shares too. Also, a big short position on the overseas market, but no numbers as to how many shares shorted overseas. It is now scheduled for Monday AM. The gang is all back. I will keep your post in mind. Plan to contact those other two parties to see how things are going too. Will stay in touch. Jim

Stranger things have happened than a new GTK offer. But I must submit a little logic. They insisted on not getting NTN stock in repayment. Made Sokol do the financing. Now NTN is in a situation where you can't say for sure how many shares will be outstanding. Does that make it more attractive, or less? Also, the stock set a new low this week and has virtually no bounce. If GTK was sniffing, it would have moved. The leaks would have begun anew. But, like I said.......... The earnings will be key short term, but will need to be analyzed. Dwight
