According to the August 10Q for HVSF

STOCKHOLDERS' EQUITY:
Common Stock, $.001 par value; 100,000,000 shares authorized;
18,025,129 and 9,883,129 shares issued and outstanding at
June 30, 1997 and December 31, 1996, respectively (Note 1)

And you say there are 30 mill outstanding now?

Interesting the comparison to HCCA. From what I understand, when the games began on that one there were 900 mill shares issued and about
500 mill outstanding. When the smoke cleared and the hype ended and
the stock was under 1 cent, there were closer to 850 mill outstanding.
This left shareholders with worthless paper and the sellers a very nice profit.

Are there any restrictions from HVSF dumping another 50 mill shares on
the market given that they are already authorized?
