I would suggest that the main areas of "dem" influence are the East and West coasts, with one or two exceptions. Most of everything in-between is Red, and "Trump country".

You are 1000% wrong. They are red on the map cause hardly anybody lives there. So they label the real estate red. But the fact is, counting people not real estate, the vast majority of the the country, NO MATTER WHERE THEY LIVE, are BLUE DEMOCRATS. And that's a FACT!!!! And that percentage has skyrocketed since the 2016 election. If you thought POS tRump LOSING by 3 million votes was bad enough, get ready with him LOSING by 10 million or more.
