LEHMAN (1/14/98) YESTERDAY: 16 MBIT PRICING DOWN; 64 MBITS MIXED. NOT CONVINCED OF UPTURN YET; CAUTIOUS ON MU UNTIL BROADER SIGNS (MOVE UP IN 64 MBIT PRICING) EMERGE. Before reversing our short term negative stance on MU, we have been waiting to see 64 Mbit prices rise to confirm the 16 Mbit move, but this has not yet happened. Meanwhile, until 64 Mbits confirm the 16 Mbit pricing move, we will stay cautious on MU. AIC (1/16/98):Pricing on select 16 meg product (i.e. 4Mx4 SOJ FPM and EDO) had a slight increase from yesterday's close. 64 meg DRAM also had an increase based on limited availabilities 16M UP, 64M UP FOR FIRST TIME, DRAM TREND UP....
