Duke, I tend to agree with your perspective on ATPX. I am concerned that in order for #3 to happen, we have to get "Bad news" from ATPX. I just don't want to wait, only to find out that the supplemental shares we would receive are offset by the negative reaction to the bad news. I'd hate to think I should have taken my losses and used the money for more MU last week. BTW, I haven't heard back from ATPX in Atlanta, however, I'm sure that they've got better things to do than answer every question thrown at them. Good luck in your decision, JR
