Election within a certain percentage has mandatory recount. The miraculous part is how the Dirty DIMMS always keep counting and counting and counting until that percentage is reached. Like in Georgia. Like in Minnesota a while back and in Washington State or was it Oregon or was it both? The DIMMS have this dirty shit down to a science. I'll even give you 10:1 odds that they will find enough votes in Florida Dade County to qualify for a hand recount AND ONLY IN THAT COUNTY. Why disturb the rest of the state, just like Algore wanted.
