If i thought there were a fraction of a chance of it being productive, i would point out to Red some of the background, the How We Got Here, for instance the alliances between Baldwin and La Fontaine, and between MacKenzie and Papineau, then a few of the more notable promises that were made to the french in the formation of this country, and then broken ... probably mention the voltigeurs at Chateauguay as well ... but there isn't a fraction of a chance, so i don't ... fwiw ... salut, paisano
