It DOES matter if you care about readability - and of course substance is better than rhetoric. I must say there was more rhetoric than substance in your "all caps" post but I can also say I share your frustration at all the irrelevancies. Just thought your post was ironic and tried to point it out with a bit of humor. Didn't mean to offend.
