In my decades of buying on line. I google and sort by lowest cost + shipping. normally all sellers have some rating. I do not pay lot of attention to the rating. I just buy the cheapest vs estimate shipping time that I am interested in. On this I do not expect you would have any problem from any of the low cost sellers. i have bought over a hundred or maybe even hundreds of items over the years. I do not recall any bad experiences. For a few dollars more likely you can look on ebay. buyers never get screwed on ebay. I have sold several thousand items on ebay. Sellers can get screwed. If it ain't what it is supposed to be you get you money back. If it does not work.......

In that a seller must pay shipping if he wants it back, inexpensive items from out of country never get returned. china has massively subsidized shipping. US out of country no subsidy. So it is not cost possible for a seller to provide return shipping that is 10 20 30 bucks.

but remember, you want usb 3.0. Assuming you have a computer with usb 3.0 interfaces. USB 2.0 cases are couple of bucks cheaper. I do not think there is not much point in putting an ssd in a 2.0 usb case/

best of luck and fortune.
