According to the John Westergaard letter (http://www.westergaard.com): ú Harken Energy (HEC 6 1/2 ASE): Harken was the hit of the 5th Annual Westergaard Strain Oil & Gas Conference last week at the Waldorf Astoria where management presented along with 16 other microcap oil and gas companies. HEC's six briefings were attended by some 80 registrants. That may be a record for these conferences which have run for 21 years. Check in at Silver Edition for details.
