That is millions of shares that insiders have that they want to sell whenever they can. When you consider that the revenues of this company are one hundred something thousand dollars and there are only three paying contracts and it takes as much as a year to get a single one done (like the Strategia one) then I think it will be a long time before this company makes any money at all and enough people want to buy this stock so that any insider selling will be taken care of so the price does not go to under a dollar.
