>> The way I interpret this is that maybe 800,000 shares of 5 dollar stock was given instead of money to people for their services to CSGI. These people will some day soon want to be paid and will dump their stock. I also think (meaning I do not know for sure) that this is different stock than the reg d stock that was given away. And this is also different (I think) than the stock that people already had before this last quarter that they put in the S-1. That is millions of shares that insiders have that they want to sell whenever they can. When you consider that the revenues of this company are one hundred something thousand dollars and there are only three paying contracts and it takes as much as a year to get a single one done (like the Strategia one) then I think it will be a long time before this company makes any money at all and enough people want to buy this stock so that any insider selling will be taken care of so the price does not go to under a dollar. What do you think? <<

issue #1 Reg. D stock was not "given away" it was sold at $5.875 which is higher than what the stock is trading now. Another reason why CSGI is a great buy at these levels.

issue #2 I believe that Mr. Bob Stewart is the only person who we could consider a true "insider". Out of those 3 million shares that were registered approx. 1 million belong to him. Furthermore, I do not think that Mr. Stewart would sell stock at anywhere near this level. Secondly, we already know that some of those shares registered in the S1 are from the Reg. D.
These people paid $5.875 for the stock. It is not likely they would sell at these levels.

issue#3 NO, sorry, check your facts. there are now four paying contracts. Strategia, LSI, INSI, and IDP. Furthermore, it DOES NOT take a year to do a project. ConSyGen can do projects in approx. 30 days and they can convert up to 3 million lines of code overnight. The Strategia project has taken longer because they have not delivered code to CSGI in a timely manner. (you can't convert what you don't have). The LSI project will also take longer because it is not just a Y2K project, but a migration project as well. This further goes to prove ConSyGen's capabilities to do a y2k and migration project at the same time.

>> Ron Bishop, president and CEO of ConSyGen, stated: ''ConSyGen has already demonstrated our ability to convert HP3000 successfully in a very rapid, error-free project of approximately 1,500,000 lines last year. The project for IDP could be completed in less than a month after we receive the IDP code, including converting the entire set of code overnight; however, at IDP's request, we will set an extended project schedule to enable IDP to complete all of their internal preparations and interfaces for receipt, testing and implementation of the converted code. In addition to HP3000, we also provide automated solutions for IBM, Digital, Unisys, and BULL mainframes, and for all UNIX computers.'' <<

issue #4 ConSyGen's burn rate is only about $4 million a year and it wouldn't take that much to make them profitable. One or two large projects or several small ones could do it easily. never mind the fact that they have seven alliance partners all working to get projects as well.
