Going to skip the beers. It's all going to be about share dynamics, and how many sellers are willing to throw into the mix. This presumes that enough retail (like me!) interest has been generated to move the needle. Maybe they'll report some preclinical tox? (ducking) MC is now about 2.5x cash, silly cheap by any historical measure. But measures are being rewritten. On that note, it's obvious that the buy and holders among us have been buried. Brutal beating of large but development-stage midcaps. Hoping that everyone is whole.
