Here's a stab in the dark to answer your question.
Since Zulu-tek bought a controlling interest in
Softbank Interactive Marketing after the fact of
Softbank's listed accomplishments, to have Softbank
Interactive Marketing release their news and list
their relationship to Zulu-tek at the bottom of the
article is,IMO, a very honest and refreshing way
of presenting their status. Also, it presents
Zulu-tek in a positive posture with regards to
Softbank Interactive Marketing - JMO.
