Enerdynamic Hybrid closes private placements 2019-01-04 17:19 ET - News Release Mr. John Gamble reports EHT CLOSES TWO NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENTS Enerdynamic Hybrid Technologies Corp. has completed a non-brokered private placement of $583,900 that was conditionally accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange on Nov. 30, 2018. The private placement, which closed on Dec. 20, 2018, comprises 11,678,000 units at a price of five cents per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant being exercisable for one common share of the company at a price of 7.5 cents per share for a term of 36 months. No finder's fee was paid in connection with this placement. Enerdynamic Hybrid has completed an additional non-brokered private placement of $240,000 that was conditionally accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange on Dec. 27, 2018. The private placement, which closed on Jan. 2, 2019, comprises three million units at a price of eight cents per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant being exercisable for one common share of the company at a price of 12 cents per share for a term of 36 months. No finder's fee was paid in connection with this placement. Proceeds from the private placements will be used for general working capital purposes. Pursuant to applicable securities laws, all securities issued under the first offering and the second offering are subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period from the date of issuance.
