I can join you as I added more recently thinking there is not much downside but I was wrong :).

Its hard to understand what management is thinking. They obviously need (much) more capital to advance the program and it would be better served in the hands of a much bigger partner who has the means to try various combinations and indications.

With the market cap where it is I I don't know how they go it alone anymore I guess they could do a rights offering which seems is more popular in Canada. I would just as soon see an activist push to sell the company now rather than try to add value advancing since management has done a poor job.
