If France was as quake -prone as we are, they wouldn't have built this many.
Japan is at 30%. California is at 9%, and even then, the libtards think that's too much.

Every time a Californian uses the "earthquake" excuse, I'll remind them of Japan, an earthquake-prone nation that somehow is able to build cities that are extremely dense.
