SANTA CLARA, CALIFORNIA, U.S.A., 1998 JAN 15 (NB) -- By Newsbytes Staff. More companies are turning to frame relay networking for their communications needs. One example is international consulting firm Price Waterhouse Mexico, which says it is using Bay Networks Inc.'s [NYSE:BAY] routers and switches on its new network.
The company is using Bay's Access Node router (AN), Access Stack Node router (ASN), and Accelar routing switch products. Bay partnered with Comnet and Avantel to win the contract.
Before the new network was installed, says the company, e-mail communications were handled using modems. Now though, they are handled "faster and cheaper" using Bay Networks' ANs, ASNs, and Accelar routing switches.
Price Waterhouse has 26 consultant firms worldwide, including Price Waterhouse Mexico, which employees 1,500 people in 11 states within the country.
The new network was designed to improve communications to customers, increase the speed and quality of internal communications, and reduce the cost of long distance communications.
The new network handles such standard applications as e-mail, accounting, human resources, data warehousing, and client/server applications.

SPNSF has formed a bearish chart, a descending triangle with support at 6.75-7. The support at 6.75 is strong and needs to hold.
If it breaks that support, has 2-3 points downside and I would exit if I were in on break of the support.
I would not buy it now in any case based on charts alone.
To break the bearish pattern it needs to close above 8 1/4.
SO long as it keeps making the next high less than 8 1/4, it remains in the nearish pattern.
Unless there is a bad news, I think it should hold the support.
Have no idea about fundamentals or what company does, which is what I primarily use for buy side decisions.

Hope it helps.
