Mindmeld, I still remember how, after the Democrats won Congress in 2006, they proceeded to create the Great Recession.

OK, maybe that's a gross exaggeration. But if you think about it, the Democrats have a vested interest in trashing the economy, because that's how they get elected, at least while they're out of power.
