I just got an alert of a secondary: You might want to look at EIX as they sold off from the So CA fire news yesterday. DOn't have the details, but this is part of the alert: Issuer: Consolidated Edison, Inc. Offering: Consolidated Edison, Inc. Common Shares Follow-On The registration statement for Consolidated Edison, Inc. Common Shares Follow-On is NOW expected to be declared effective and the offering to be priced this evening, 11/14/2018. All indications of interest must be entered by 4:00 PM ET, TONIGHT, 11/14/18. The confirmation is expected to occur between 7:00 pm ET and 12:00 am ET this evening. Allocation will not occur prior to 12:00 am ET tonight.
