Obstruction worked very well for the Dems in 2007 and 2008.

They had both houses then. The W administration was horrible at PR and just let them run amok.

I expect the Senate will obstruct about 400 House bills, and I expect you will be cheering.. That's what they did the last time the Dems had the House.
