Hi research, it is always nice to see you up. I hope you have been well.

Let me give you a different perspective and defend my ideas.

I spent most of my life as a social and political scientist both academically and as my major work.

The far left has the text book modern science for what constitutes a health and happy society. What your formula does is lean toward mediocrity. We have had way too much of that the last 50 years.

We need a "New Deal, a Camelot, A Great Society and 2020 is the perfect time to do it as it will be a super easy race and gives us a chance to make a quantum leap into a more intelligent society.

Twp things:1) The people will like the far left's platform: universal health care, free education and $15 minimum wage; and 2) we do not have time to go slowly, e.g. global warming , creeping fascism (the antidote for that is EDUCATION) and the singularity, point to an immediate response. . We need to get our people into shelter, fed and in school. All of them. Get them off the street.

This is the perfect chance to make a quantum leap to a more humanitarian and intelligent society. We are too stupid at the moment to deal with the big problems of nuclear war, cyber attacks, and fascism, and the imminent singularity will be a huge transition which will tax our best and brightest, so we cannot afford mediocrity at this time. We need them at the front lines.

We need the Best and Brightest and they are on the far left e.g. The scientists.

51% of scientists are liberal, 80% lean Democratic and only 6% are Republican.

We need more scientists and professors and the far left understand this best.

The far left is where the most scientists and professors live..

Speaking for myself, the CPC is like the Freedom Caucus in one key respect: they represent an edge of the Dems, not the middle. If the CPC pushes the house too far to the left, the Reps will use that as a cudgel to label Dems as crazy Socialists who want to take everyone’s money and spend it on saving spotted owls.

The absolute best thing that Pelosi can do for America over the next two years is to push through middle of the road legislation that has broad, substantial support among all Americans. Things like a moderate health care fix, infrastructure spending, and modest tax increases on high incomes come to mind. Dems need to present as the adults in the room, not the far left wing alternative to the right wingers. For the past 30 years, Reps have made liberAlism a dirty word. Dems need to show America that they are the party of reasonable solutions that have broad support.

Democratic bills may still die in the senate, but let’s make sure that they are supported by a clear majority of the country so they can be used to take back the Senate and presidency in 2020.
