I enjoy reading lawyer ads. Most of the heavily advertised ones have been involved in something semi-shady, like representing both sides in a real estate transaction, loaning client’s money or getting personally involved in a client’s business. They know one phone call to the law-society means their ticket might be pulled but as long as the money is easy they continue their little games.

All of them are looking for the quick-hit jackpot and you’re in good hands because they are experts in every type of law. An oil lease? No problem they can just google that and provide some boiler-plate document. Aircraft insurance? They know somebody that once owned a plane and can consult with that person. Slip and fall? Now you’re talking!
