My pleasure. I would like to start your training by saying that
TA is not a holy grail;
No TA indicator is perfect 100% of the time;
Take care not to use differing measures of the same thing--they become redundant;
There are many different ways to measure the same thing--take the time to find the one you like best (for whatever reason);
Don't clutter your charts--studies suggest we humans get lost after the sixth or seventh graphical input on the same page.
Don't develop an optimized trading system.

Short of that, technical analysis can be little more than looking at a chart, seeing the security is near a historical high, and knowing to wait to see which direction it will go because a previous high defines a resistance area. It can also be as simple as looking at a chart and seeing a security is in a clear downtrend and wanting some indication the trend has reversted before taking a position.

For general consumption: I've updated Xoma's chart and added a page containing scans from a subscription flyer that came in the mail the other day. Each page contains a link to the other.
