On the other hand . . .

Although we don't know all of his personal reasons, from a straight
monetary consideration I have to ask the following:

With 750 - 900K shares in his account, if he really believed
in the company and the technology, why would he sell any shares -
regardless of what his personal money needs were? With that many
shares in your back pocket, even at today's prices, you could get a
very low cost broker loan from your margin account for $1 million +
with no problem. Why sell if the technology is sound, the bugs in
the lines are being worked out, contracts are coming, and everything
is on schedule?
