Scott, to add to it. The chartist was saying that everytime it goes higher the investors who bought in the 80 to 85 area are selling. He said they are doing this even now since they don't want to go back to 70. He also said it was a very interesting chart, whatever he meant by that. He did talk about this resistance but I kind of got out of it that Intel could go higher. JMO.
