Wharfie, thanks for the clarification, but if having the Senate means having a filibuster-proof majority, then I guess no one really had the Senate for eight years now.

Which is funny given how much the Senate has advanced Trump's agenda, including tax cuts. Why didn't the Senate Dems filibuster tax cuts?
