If you take a look at Note 8(d) in the auditor's report for the quarter ending July 31, 1997 (contained in the AGM Notice recently sent out), you will see The Plant (and presumably its officers (of which J. Kostiuk is president)) is a defendant in the litigation surrounding e-glue or similar products wrongfully used by Kostiuk. I am not aware of the procedural history behind this litigation, but the email you received is very likely a SIGNIFICANT violation of prior rulings against Larry Kostiuk and others associated with prior litigation. I see you have spoken to Manfred. Please see to it that Jot's attorneys also receive a forwarded copy. Anything that eases Jot's litigation burden with respect to that case would be of great assistance. I also encourage any who receive the same to also forward to Manfred. Kostiuk hasn't posted much on CW recently but any such posts would also provide fertile ground now that we have IP numbers there. Good catch John.
