Fascinating story. I was just going to post that.
There's a gulf between many who live in wealthy urban areas and those in rural counties,
and it's not just education and religion. It is federal government policy and the economics
linked to that.
It will be interesting to see if the Tulsa idea catches on. Of course when you say Oklahoma, for now I think,
no thanks, 'fracking-induced earthquakes...'

That's quite different. That's a dying city paying remote workers with a job to come live and spend in their city. Not only that, the work has to be for somewhere else. I think they'll be able to get the 20 people they're funding. But, these are people that already HAVE jobs.
