sharkie, you are so so dumb. Finland spends time cleaning up and they do not have desert conditions all the time. CA does and spends their resources on tunnels to nowhere and solar crap energy production. I was there when blocks of Anaheim went up in smoke in a couple of hours in the seventies. Stupid people building houses in the middle of tinder boxes and no clue the major effort required to keep the tinder down. All with the permissions of the power moonbeams that be. And Anaheim was not in the middle of tinder boxes or dry scrub forest. I live surrounded by trees and I clean up every year.
