GE? Some big name value investors have been or had been buying it - Prem Watsa, Nelson Peltz, Bill Nygren, Chris Davis.

I've no opinion. Others here who might be following it, will have to respond.

Let's ask you a question .....

What do you take into account about a company before you decide to purchase its shares ?

Do you base your decision, primarily, on what you perceive within its Financial Statements, and if so, what aspects of its financials do you regard as important and relevant to your decision ?

Do you base your decision on a Technical Analysis approach with regard to the historical and current share price performance of the company ?

regarding GE - if you like the business they are in, just split your money in equal parts in SIEGY and RYCEY and save yourself the grief.
