Yes that has been the Republican plan all along and you can thank Milton Friedman for that little plan.

E.g Klein explains how the Friedman fools messed up Russia after its fall and how The pubs use shock to implement their plans e.g. Katrina to replace public schools with charter schools. Betsy Devoss!

The pubs have been bad hombrres for a very long time with a philosophy very destructive to our soceity.

I agree. Privatization of public services I see overall is just part of the transition into Oligarchy.
I don't see it ending anytime soon.
