I've got some charts you may be interested in lookin at. Go to: lonestar.texas.net And then click on: (Click Me to HomePage) Then go to the "Short Term Trading Studies" Look at the OSX and the ESV charts. Looks compelling no? Maybe I can convince you to blow out those candles. I think we are definitely in the midst of a powerful reversal. I agree that we may go lower than we are now, but I don't think we will revisit the previous lows (OSX 88) we saw last week. I think we'll see rising lows and rising highs. However, if we get to the 40WMA I may trim my margin some (yesterday I only had 39% equity in my account, pretty much maxed out). I refuse to trade options since I was burned 4 yrs ago on index options, I guessed the general direction of the market correctly and still lost money. I'm going to update all the charts at my webpage sometime tonite.
